Payment Rules

1. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are supported on the Baysart Gold platform:

• Bank card payment (Visa, Mastercard) - via licensed payment system
• Bank transfer - through banks operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan

All payments are processed directly by licensed third-party banks and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). The Company does not accept, hold, or transmit user funds.

2. Processing Times

Payment transaction processing times are as follows:

• Card payments: typically instant, but in some cases up to 24 hours
• Bank transfers: 1-3 business days
• Transfer of proceeds from sales: 1-3 business days

Processing times may vary depending on the operating schedules of banks and payment systems.

3. Supported Currencies

The following currencies are supported on the platform:

• AZN (Azerbaijani Manat) - primary currency
• USD (US Dollar)
• EUR (Euro)

Exchange rates are applied based on the official rates of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

4. Transaction Security

All payment transactions are conducted in accordance with modern security standards:

• SSL/TLS encryption protocols
• 3D Secure security protocol (for card payments)
• PCI DSS compliance (by payment service providers)

The Company never stores or processes the user's bank card information.

5. Refund Policy

The purchase and sale of precious metals are subject to the following conditions:

• Purchased precious metals cannot be refunded - they can only be resold through the platform
• In case of payment error, funds are returned within 5-10 business days
• When suspicious fraudulent activity is detected, the transaction may be suspended

6. Fees and Charges

The following fees may apply to certain transactions:

• Purchase transaction fee (spread between buy and sell prices)
• Sale transaction fee
• Storage fee (monthly, if applicable)
